My FMT100 was happily working, sending updates every hour as configured, until 23:18 four days ago.  Then it stopped sending.  It is no longer visible to the Teltonika Configurator, either by micro USB or Bluetooth, and it is not responding to SMS commands.  How can I reset it?  I cannot see any reset pinhole.  I have removed it from power, opened it and disconnected its internal battery, hoping that would reset it, but without success.
