The command if there is 3 DOUT: <SMS login><space><SMS password><space>setdigout XYZ
1. X – 0; 1 or ? (0 - OFF, 1 – ON or ? – Ignore) for DOUT1
2. Y – 0; 1 or ? (0 - OFF, 1 – ON or ? – Ignore) for DOUT2
3. Z – 0; 1 or ? (0 - OFF, 1 – ON or ? – Ignore) for DOUT3
In your case, you will need to ignore first two DOUTS so If there is no login or password make 2 spaces before the command and write
setdigout ??1 or setdigout ??0
