Question

Hello,

A few days ago one of our FMT100 started reporting zero value on altitude field (We lnow this value is wrong since we're about 600 meters above sea level). Since our server rejects any message including zero values on latitude, longitude or altitude, we don't know the vehicle's position since then. This is the last message we've received:

Any idea on how to solve it?

Hello.

Propably, static navigation is working and device position is frozen with altitude=0

Hi Janusz,

Thanks for your reply. I'm not sure is a question about static navigation because the car has been moving these last days... Anyway We'll try to disable the static navigation and see if it makes changes..
