Hello

several FMC640 devices (latest firmware) sometime stop sending records.
with getstatus getinfo i found that there are no records to send
and i noticed that the RTC date is with year 2080

Years ago we had the same issue with some FMB640 devices, but at that time our vendor somehow fixed the issue.

any idea where is coming from and how to prevent?

Hi 

What is the setting for Record Saving / Sending without TS?

Kindly set it to aftertimesync check if it will work
