Hello,

The brand new unit sees no satellites, antenna replaced, no change. Performed RESET to default, again without changes.

Please, has anyone met yet? Is there a solution?

Unfortunately, I don't have access to the actual FW, so I can't update. If anyone had the current version and were willing to send, I would be grateful.

thanks for the reply.

I have done this in the past and it has gone nowhere.

I thought the community here would be stronger.

I do not understand this policy. FW for network drives is freely available, but for gps drives it is for the chosen ones. Respectively, I never got any support either.

More than a week has passed since I filled in the application as described and nothing is happening.

It is probably time to choose another manufacturer that respects its customers and does not throw sticks at their feet.
