Hello all,

I'm having some issues with a FMB120 device when i try to update both config or firmware via FOTA WEB.

The error i have updating firmware is: Completed with status: Failed to create file @ SD card for storing data

The error when updating config: Completed with status: Failed to create file @ SD card for storing data

When i try to format SD card by sending an SMS command the result is: "Format result: FAIL"

The allver command returns that i have 146/346kB in the internal memory and 0/0MB in the SD Card

My question is, maybe the SD Card has gone? As long as i know the FMB120 has no SD Card (At least no SD Card slot visible), so it is possible that the rom has gone?

If you don't have VIP Helpdesk login. please contact with your Sales Manager.
