Hello, with eyeapp I have problems detecting and maintaining connection with the eye beacon or sensor. I have to clear cache and android data frequently for it to detect them. Is it my smartphone? or are you checking? with other applications if I detect the sensors in a generic way without problem (ela device manager for example). Thank you.

Kindly try to adjust the power signal settings of the Eye Beacon through eyeapp to help maintain stable connection.

Thank you for your note, I modify the sensitivity and other parameters to leave them adjusted to the optimal performance I want, the problem is while you operate in the laboratory, this event that I mentioned is repeated. The problem is that if you have "many" eye sensors together in the lab, the APP stops seeing some of them and if you don't empty the cache and storage data of the APP and force it to stop, it doesn't recover the vision of those BLE. Then when you start and ask for "GPS location" as if it had just been "born" it already operates normally for one or two hours. I have to do it often in a work session to keep seeing them with EYE APP.
