Hello there, 

Good day. Thank you for your question.

FMB120 works in synchronized GPS time which is UTC+0, with this option you can configure the time zone and get SMS messages with the correct time. Please refer here to how you can change the time zone - https://wiki.teltonika-gps.com/view/FMB120_SMS/Call_settings (SMS/Call 
Settings > SMS Commands > SMS Event Time Zone > change the time zone according to your desired time)
