When you enter a keyword five times on Teltonika Configurator software, you will see a pop-up window with Unlock code. Then, please provide this one, IMEI, and an official document proving the purchase of this device from another company (if you buy a unit from distributor) for your Sales manager.
The unlock code can not be provided in the support forum.
If you don't have any contacts with our Sale managers, please contact with them on our official website https://teltonika-iot-group.com/
and click on the "Contact Us" button. When you will click, please fill the form and submit it.
