22781: FMC130 locks up, and wont send GPRS data

FMC130 locks up randomly,  and wont send GPRS data until power lead and internal battery have been disconnected/reconnected. All previous events are then forwarded after completing this hard reset. Rebooting the device through the configurator has no effect the only thing that seems to revive the unit is the hard reset. Any advice is appreciated.

Hi Matt,

We are experiencing the same behaviour with almost all of our cross-border units.

Did you find a workaround how to overcome this pain?
