Hi, I'm trying to upgrade FMC130 firmware from version 03.27.07.Rev.252 to 3.27.13.Rev.54 and every time that I try to do it the configurator application shows the error: Invalid IMEI.

The version of the configurator application that I'm using is: 1.7.30.E.SLM320JAMMING_R.2.

Can you try using the below configurator. As the configurator you are using is for the current firmware - <=03.27.13.Rev.54.

Then this can only be fixed via Firmware Updater.

The firmware needs to be updated to latest using Firmware Updater.

If you don't have this one, to receive updater, please contact your sales manager.

If you don't have any contacts with your Sale managers, please contact with them on the official website https://teltonika-iot-group.com/

and click on "Contact Us" button. When you will click, please fill the form and submit it.
