Good morning,

Anyone here who has already configured the FMB 120, in the parameter to put the FMB 120 Online (Online status) in the monitoring platform?

I have an installation of 5 units, but after a period of time (2 minutes or less), I see that on the platform the device (unit) has an offline status.

Does this behavior influence something, for example if I have an FMB 120+ buzzer+immobilization system?

Hi,

The provided information is actually not sufficient to understand the issue. However, below are the parameters you need to check, considering the device is installed in a vehicle.

1. please check the ignition source/movement source. 
2. Based on the above parameter the device sends data to server on the interval set in data acquisition section (In configurator). Minimum period and send period has to be set.
3. Under GPRS --> Record setting, open link time out and response timeout has to be set accordingly, please ensure once the data is received the server responds based on the protocol sheet. Attaching below.
