Hi Team,

I am using Device Model: FMB 125, 

My issue is when I have started the device configuration that time I am received the "Longitude & Latitude". but still, the same values are repeated. 

We are moving the device around 15km but the same value is repeated.

First, we have tested our office server via PHP code the issue was coming, then we are tried to third-party website https://ruhavik.gurtam.space. But we could not receive the current "Longitude & Latitude" it's always sending the same value repeated.

We have also tested the text SMS also.

Hi,

There is a setting in the configurator, System --> Static Navigation When this setting is enabled the device will filter the GNSS data sent to the server while the ignition is considered off (The vehicle is stopped). Please ensure if the ignition is connected and also check static navigation setting in your configurator.
