Can I detect fuel thefts with fmb120+lvcan 200 or 300?

Yes, if you analyze the Fuel level ( AVL ID 84 or 89)  on the side of your application from the CAN Bus of the vehicle and you notice a sharp difference in values and the vehicle was not moving (when stationary). This can be considered a fuel loss.

Note, however, that the Fuel level parameter is  ,,lock" when the vehicle is parked and its value will be updated after the next vehicle engine start.
