My problem: FMT100 with installed Truphone SIM card is not sending data to the server. The same FMT100 device with installed local operator's card successfully sends data to the server.

My Truphone card plan : 'Teltonika - Global PREPAID - 500MB - 5Years'

APN settings I used:

APN: iot.truphone.com

APN: truphone.com

No Username and password.

None of these settings work - the data is not send to the server.

I see this error in logs: [NETWORK] pdp act timeout!

I already asked same question: https://community.teltonika-gps.com/21945/fmt100-not-working-with-truphone, the problem has been resolved by waiting ~2 hours, but the issue is repeating every day. Waiting few hours for Truphone SIM card to register is unacceptable.

FMT100 configuration:

Server address removed for security reasons.

Truphone SIM card is offline:


And I believe that after ~2h it will be online and FMT100 will start sending data to the server.

Please advice how to properly configure Truphone SIM card.

I am eager to know if the issue between truphone sim cards and Fmt100 has been resolved?

The issue is not resolved yet. I'm in touch with Teltonika's technical team regarding this issue.

The card is Online info from time 2022/01/26 15:38 UTC

Since 2 weeks I've got the same problem with FMT100 / Truphone eSIM. The is no transmission. But with normal SIM phone kard it works. In fact it has my 3 Truphone SIM card during 2 weeks.

A year ago the same sets has working properly without any problems. Only difference thas It has been Truphone SIM (not eSIM) card.
