Hello Vijai,

Good day. Thank you for your question.

If you have enabled a specific I/O element on your configuration, then you will be getting the event when triggered on your platform. The AVL IDs depend on which device you have connected (OBD/CAN adapters).

If you are using LV-CAN 200 + DTC  - AVL ID 282 (DTC Fault Codes)

If you are using an OBD device/dongle - AVL ID 30 (Number of DTC)

If you are using ALL-CAN300/CAN-CONTROL - AVL ID 160 (DTC Faults Count)

Alternatively, you may also send the SMS/GPRS command to the device, as follows:

With login and password : <login><space><password><space>lvcanfaultcodes

Without login and password : <space><space>lvcanfaultcodes

If you are sending via GPRS then you may skip the login, password, and <space>.
