I have a FMB640 and am trying to configure the device to go into a deep sleep mode.

Current configuration is: 

1. Sleep mode settings:
   1. 102:2;103:10 
2. Data Acquisition "on stop" settings:
   1. 10000:0;10005:300
3. Open link timeout setting:
   1. 1000:120
4. Network Ping timeout:
   1. 1003:5

While on ignition off, movement off, with above settings, device generated AVL ID: 200 every 13 mins with with Gnss status = 3.

Device continues to remain connected and couldn't seem to go into a deep sleep mode.

Please advise.

Thank you for your question.

From information provided, it looks like 10000:0 do not match the conditions that are described in the link below for entering a deep sleep mode.

Min Period should be bigger that Link timeout.
