I purchased Teltonika products at www.eurodk.lv. About FOTA they don't know anything. How do I get FOTA access?

Hello,

All new devices automatically added  to  Fota web database, you have to contact your local sales representative and he will create account for you .

I have purchased the other FMB120 equipment in the EKOSHOP SIA online store (https://m79.lv). I can't contact them anymore. I can send Invoice. Can you help?
