Question

Hi, I wanted to ask question about UL212 sensor related to FMB920. I wanted connect them via Bluetooth by using Teltonika's configurator tool, but FMB920 couldn't find my device when I pressed search devices.

I contacted UL212 support, and they said I need to update firmware of FMB920, which may fix the issue, but I couldn't update the firmware either (couldn't find information about it).

I would be really happy if you help us to clarify and fix the issue.

However, FMB920 is compatible with Bluetooth 4.0 and not with Bluetooth 5.0 – you can refer to https://teltonika-gps.com/product/fmb920/#features

 

Since UL212 is compatible with RS232/RS485, you can still choose a Teltonika tracker compatible with RS232/RS485 – you can refer to https://teltonika-gps.com/products/vehicle-tracking/
