Hello,

Normally when sending a configuration via fota only have to restart the device, but lately via fota the configuration remains pending regardless of whether I restart it.

Does anyone know what the reason would be?

May I know if you have tried sending the SMS/GPRS command "web_connect" to the device after creating a task for updating the configuration via FOTA WEB? For more information on the SMS/GPRS commands, please refer here - https://wiki.teltonika-gps.com/view/FMB_SMS/GPRS_Commands

If you are still facing difficulties, please contact your sales manager/distributor.
