Thanks for your input. Interesting workaround with the use of an output and an input.

What I was aiming for was if there was a way to simulate a trip vehicle stop based on speed and duration.  We looked at the trip settings programming and the only criteria to signify a trip stop is on ignition off.   

Here's an example of what we like to achieve:

1. Device generates a Start event when ignition is on and Speed is greater than 10 kph for at least 10 seconds
2. Device generates a Stop event when ignition is on and Speed is lower than 10 kph for at least 60 seconds
3. Device generates a Stop event when Ignition is off.
4. Start and Stop events should alternate.
