Hi there Teltonika,

I wonder if you are able to answer the following question for me please?

I have a 2014 Audi A8 4H to which I have fitted your FMC130 and CAN-CONTROL IMMO and most functions seem to be working as expected.

However despite following your instruction to enable the immobilizer function the command always comes back as unsupported.

FOTA shows the device is the correct CAN-CONTROL IMMO and is set to program 13351

I have periodically updated from 210306->210329->210722->211115 so am using the current firmware

I have followed the instructions here many times to no avail as all I get back is CAN-CONTROL cmd not supported.

What am I missing?

Thanks for the quick reply. Currently my supplier is looking into this for me and it is possible he might be contacting you on my behalf so I'll leave it in his capable hands for now.
