i shipped fmb125 to Panama, but its not sending data , it was tested before shipping, sim is on roaming and network provider confirmed sim is connecting , are there any settings that i could have missed,

Please check with your network provider if there are any restrictions for the 2G line. Also, you may send the following commands and check on the GPRS status: getstatus and getinfo

If the link is connected but you are not getting any data from the device, then we will need to analyze your issue. If you don't have any contacts with our Sales managers, please contact them on our official website https://teltonika-gps.com/ and click on the "Contact Us" button. When you will click, please fill the form and submit it.
