Question

I just cant make the GPS to receive my ack through UDP, so it continues sending me the same information, i am doing the following, for instance if i receive something like this
on the Header: 
id - f189840e-6ec3-388c-d4a4-577c2cf48a29
ip_port - 77777
ip_hostname - 111.58.172.37

On the message (This is on Codec 8 - Extended)
 006ACAFE0119000F3836363235383034323839393437338E020000017CFFDAF8C30100000000000000000000000000000000F70001000100F70100000000000000000000017CFFE10F5B01D02E66FA0F85EEA0FFFC010209000000F70001000100F701000000000000000002

So i send the ack message to  the ip 111.58.172.37 and port 77777 (UDP way i am using java is a DatagramPacket) and the content is being build based on (https://wiki.teltonika-gps.com/wikibase/index.php?title=Teltonika_Data_Sending_Protocols&mobileaction=toggle_view_desktop#Codec_8_Extended)

What i am doing wrong ?
