Hello, after updating firmware from version 1.5.4 to 2.2.2 my FM5300 is not accessible.

The status led is blinking fast and endlessly.

It's no longer visible as a COM port and I cannot connect to it via cable/PC.

please help me

Good day. Thank you for your question.

When the firmware update is performed, the device will go into boot mode (status LED blinks fast constantly). However, if there are any interruptions during the update or if the update is incomplete, then the device will stay in boot mode which is why the status LED is still blinking continuously. Please try to update the firmware once again, and if you still facing the same issue then kindly reach out to us via VIP Helpdesk or contact your Sales Manager.

Hello

I try to update again but I can't.

I connected device to pc and my computer showed me that the device connected on port 5.

When I press refresh , blinking led for few second and pc have  an error.

That error is ,can't connect to device and restart your device and try again
