I have ELA Blue SLIM ID, I tried to enable it by NFC with App Device Manager Mobile, but the mobile can not connect or see it.

I use the NFC to enable the ELA Blue Puck RHT and its work, but with ELA Blue SLIM ID its not working.

How can I enable it?

To enable the SLIM ID, you will need to use NFC either on your phone or an NFC reader. However, if you are unable to enable the beacon then please reach out to us via VIP Helpdesk so we can advise on the next course of action. Alternatively, you may contact our Sales Manager or Distributor. If you don't have any contacts with our Sales managers, please contact them on our official website https://teltonika-gps.com/ and click on the "Contact Us" button. When you will click, please fill the form and submit it.
