21082: fmb630 not sending location to the server

The issue is the devices aren't sending location to the server mean while when I send the ggps it send me the accurate location but it doesn't send the data to server and device is online I have tried restarting the devices and checking the simcard for Internet  (Internet working) and without any progress , I have tried to update the firmware 1.00.17 and then the device worked for 6 hours and then stopped sending data again same issue
