How to configure SIM 1 registration for all operators, and SIM2 - registration for all operators but not to register operators 23302 23303 on SIM2

Good day. Thank you for your question.

If there are any Operators that you do not want to connect and work with, please list them under the Operator Blacklist section in the Configurator. For more information, please refer here - https://wiki.teltonika-gps.com/view/FMM125_GSM_Operators_settings
