If the keyword is lost or you have entered the wrong keyword three times, the configuration will be locked. You have to contact your sales manager and attach your Lock Code (you'll see it, when the configuration will be locked) and device IMEI. The sales manager will confirm that the device is really yours and send you an Unlock Code, which you can use to unlock the configuration.
