Hello Kaus,

Good day. Thank you for your question.

If are unable to send the commands via SMS then you may opt for the GPRS command. The structure will be similar but you may disregard the login, password, and <space>. For example, if you are requesting the current location information via SMS, the command will be as follows:

With login and password : <login><space><password><space>getgps

Without login and password : <space><space>getgps

But if you are sending a GPRS command, then you may just send getgps instead.

For more commands, please refer here - https://wiki.teltonika-gps.com/view/FMB_SMS/GPRS_Commands
If you are using a platform that is not on the list here - https://wiki.teltonika-gps.com/view/Fleet_Management_platforms then you will need to integrate the data sending protocol on your platform in order to be able to send the GPRS command - https://wiki.teltonika-gps.com/view/Codec#Codec_12
Please try this and let me know if it helps.
Kind regards.
