Good day. Thank you for your question.

The command which allows the server to request files from a camera is as follows:

camreq:<file type>,<file source>(if video, add ",<timestamp>,<duration>) however if you are requesting for photo only then you may disregard the timestamp and duration. For more information, please refer to our Wiki page - https://wiki.teltonika-gps.com/view/Teltonika_DualCam#Camera_request_command
