Hi, please i need help with FMU125 FW 3.27.02 Rev.3. I just bought almost 1.000 devices (almost 850 devices reporting), 3 months ago, and I have had many disconnection issues (already 128 devices).  I have tried different operators (SIMS) and the problem persists. 

The problem is that, from one second to another, the device stops reporting. We carry out field support, change the SIM card, disconnect and connect the internal battery and the device start reporting. Some times we need to reconfigure. In some cases, the device "crash" again in a couple of hours.

Analyzing the data when the device starts to download, we saw, in all cases, that the ICCID field always comes in "000000", as if it did not have a SIM.

We heard of the same problem in other Teltonika Devices, and the problem was that the modem was running out of power (only Modem, not device), and the solution was a new FW.

How can we be sure that this problem can be fixed, and how can we fix it. It´s not an isolated problem. It´s not a problem that we have had with other devices (FMB9120-120-130-204-FMU130).

I would suggest updating the firmware to the latest version first, as stated on our Wiki page - as it has improved system stability and general bug fixes.
