I use the FMB120.

When it connects to the server, is it possible to know if it was restarted (cpureset or boot)?

Hello there,

Good day. Thank you for the question.

If you are referring to a specific AVL ID that will be sent to the server for this, then there is none. However, you can find out the restart details by sending a specific SMS/GPRS command to the device. More information can be found here - https://wiki.teltonika-gps.com/view/FMB_fwstats

The SMS command structure will be as follows:

With login and password : <login><space><password><space>fwstats

Without login and password : <space><space>fwstats

If you are sending via GPRS then you may skip the login, password, and <space>.

Hope this helps.

Kind regards.

I don't want to send command. In the AVL package does not have any information that the equipment was restarted?

Hello there,

Good day. Thank you for your reply.

Unfortunately, there is no AVL ID that is sent with similar information. But if you require a specific feature or IO element to be added in the packet, kindly contact us via VIP Helpdesk or your Sales Managers/Distributors. If you don't have any contacts with our Sales managers, please contact them on our official website https://teltonika-gps.com/ and click on the "Contact Us" button. When you will click, please fill the form and submit it.

Note: as a topic, please choose "Vehicle telematics" or you can send an e-mail with the description of your situation to info@teltonika.lt

Thank you for your understanding.

Kind regards.
