Regarding the profile, if you are referring to APN then it can be fixed if you update the firmware to the latest base firmware - FW03.25.18.Rev.08. If you facing the same issue/require a Drive link to download the latest firmware, then please reach out to us via VIP Helpdesk or contact your Sales Manager/Distributor.
