Hi,

I have multiple FMT100 units fitted with "global" M2M cards.  To achieve this the card provider loads 2 profiles onto the Sim Card (so I'm told) but the FMT100 often appears to pick the wrong profile for the country that it's in.  To resolve this I have to remove the sim, place it into a standard mobile phone to allow it to find the data network, then put it back into the FMT100 where it will then start working.

This was problematic when the units were local, but I now have them 1000's of miles away so it's not a simple fix.

The units are loaded with Firmware 03.25.18.Rev.03

Any assistance would be greatfully received!

Regarding the profile, if you are referring to APN then it can be fixed if you update the firmware to the latest base firmware - FW03.25.18.Rev.08. If you facing the same issue/require a Drive link to download the latest firmware, then please reach out to us via VIP Helpdesk or contact your Sales Manager/Distributor.
