Question

I want to use the teltonika FMC640 module on a vehicle that has a completely custom CAN protocol syntax. I am in possession of the documents for this protocol, but i'm 100 percent sure it's not in the default program list provided by the configurator. Is there any way to manually input this protocol somewhere on the device?

FMC640 does have the option to use custom CAN under the Manual CAN IO (https://wiki.teltonika-gps.com/view/FMC640_Manual_CAN_IO) but there are some details that we will require such as the CAN protocol syntax, vehicle type, and the available parameters. I will suggest to contact us via VIP Helpdesk or reach out to our Sales Manager/Distributor.
