How do I add a PID that I know the code for (tire pressure) to my FMB003?

I've been playing around for a while connecting my Arduino to my car using the Sparkfun OBD-II UART  board. I can get it to talk to my car without issue but it seems to stall on other vehicles.

I start by sending: atz (to reset) atsp0 (to choose protocol automatically) ate0 (to surpress echo)

Then I can call any PID I want, like 010d to read speed. Works like a charm.
