Question

Hi, I am connecting one unit of DS18B20 1-Wire temperature sensor, the sensor originally is 1 meter in length, and I extended it with a 5-meter cable.

When it is extended, sometimes the device will tend to lost connection with the sensor, I need to reset the device to restore the connection.  It is very frustrating.  

This only happens when the sensor is extended.

Please assist on this matter.

I have the same problem with the FMB130 equipment. The device loses connection with the sensor and returns ID 0. Has a solution been found yet?
