Teltonika fmb120 has a great feature called seco and it is very interesting can you  please help me more about it

I have some clients that use teltonika fmb120, and they want to use this feature called seco secure vehicle disabling (https://wiki.teltonika-gps.com/view/Secure_vehicle_disabling)

My question is except fmb120 what else do i have to provide to clients do i need any additional device like relay or? 

and except yellow red and black wire do I have to connect any other wire?

and what does digital output (DOUT) mean?

In order for you to use this function (SECO), a firmware upgrade is required (with Configurator). However, We would like to inform you that we do not share firmware files/updater and other files in the community forum. Please contact your Sales Manager/Distributor to obtain the firmware files. Regarding the connection, it is similar to an immobilizer but DOUT goes to the fuel pump instead. DOUT is used to disable the fuel pump when a threshold is met (as configured).

I have everything like configurator and firmware but my question is do I have to have any additional device (except fmb 120) like relay or something like that
