I'm using the fmb110 and fmb120, with  FMB.Ver.03.25.15.Rev.132, but I have an issue

After timeout is reached the device goes to sleep mode and sometimes sends updates sometimes it doesn't Im trying to send getinfo getstatus or getver command but it doesn't reply,

but when the vehicle is turning on then keep sending update 

My question is where do I have to find the solution on sim card or on the configuration file

Hello

In GPS Sleep mode device turns off GPS module and continues making new periodic records according to Min Period, On Stop Mode.

In this mode device schould be able to receive and send SMS. You could check Sleep status in the configurator -> Status -> I/O Info -> Sleep Mode

0 - No Sleep
1 – GPS Sleep
2 – Deep Sleep
3 – Online Sleep
4 - Ultra Sleep

When device will enter GPS Sleep, go to Status -> GSM Info -> SMS Count and send an SMS and check if SMS counter will increase.

If received SMS counter will increase, then your device received SMS.

Please let me know about the situation after test.

I have configured in 1-gps sleep

and unfortunately the device is not close to me so I cannot check if sms counter will increase,

btw still i have the same issue

03.25.15.Rev.132 is not base firmware for FMB110 and FMB120. Please installl current firmware version or if there is special feature that you are using with firmware 03.25.15.Rev.132, please create a ticket on a VIP helpdesk, so we could analyze your issue in more detail.
