What is the command to disable sending me sms for device unplug?

I am using "space space setparam 7036:0" but it doesn't seem to be working

Your message seems to be correct, you schould receive response from device: New value 7036:0;

If you didn't receive such response from device, please check if you don't have sms login and password set in configuration. If there is sms login and password set then your message schould be: "sms_login sms_password setparam 7036:0"
