Hello,

Managed to configure DualCam with an FMC125 correctly as the DualCam status shown in the configurator has value of 3.

However, could not figure it out how to get the cameras recording. When I insert the sim in the reader, it does have directory named 'blocks' and the software does not find any files.

Do the cameras record continuously once powered on and only send the video/photo when triggered/requested, or there is a command to tell the cameras to start recording?

Where can I find the download link to the file transfer server *.exe in order to tell the cameras where to ship the files?

Please find the answers below to your questions:

The camera's recording can be found in the SD card of the Dual Cam.

You are correct, I did mean the SD card. Apologies for the typo.

The camera Scenario Settings refer only to image/video sending and not recording. How do I configure the DualCam to record continuously like a CCTV and only send on trigger.

Please correct me if I am wrong, in the DualCam configuration, there are setting for the remote File Transfer Server as to where to send once captured images. I was left with the impression that teltonika does provide installation file for such server to be installed on windows machine for testing purposes.

Good day. Thank you for your reply.

The DualCam was not made for continuous recording so if you would like to have this function then you can check with your Sales Manager on the firmware development.
