So I would like to detect whether a vehicle is located near another vehicle.

I put a BLE beacon on another vehicle. Is it that possible the BLE can be detected by Teltonika as a presence detection?

So when my vehicle near the BLE, it has a field like object_presence is true. Then when my vehicle moves away, it has a field like object_presence is false.

If it is not possible using BLE, what kind of sensor that I have to use?

Good day. Thank you for your question.

This can be done with our FMB devices where when crossing a certain perimeter, the device will detect the BLE beacon and sends the records to the server indicating the presence of the beacon and once it leaves the perimeter, the server-side will register that the beacon has left the zone.
