For each device, you will find it under Wiki page > Manual > Parameter List.

For example:

FMC130: https://wiki.teltonika-gps.com/view/FMC130_Parameter_list

FMB920: https://wiki.teltonika-gps.com/view/FMB920_Parameter_list

FMB120: https://wiki.teltonika-gps.com/view/FMB120_Parameter_list

FMB640: https://wiki.teltonika-gps.com/view/FMB640_Parameter_list
