Question

I have an FMB640 connected to the tachograph but I can't download any .ddd file (web tacho log is "Tachograph do not respond").

The response of tachocheck SMS is: "CAN_2:000,09C4, K-Line:1".

Maybe I have to use a CAN adapter ? In other words in order to download .ddd files you just use the FMB640 (according to https://wiki.teltonika-gps.com/view/FMB640_and_Tachograph_Solution) or you need any other optional ?
