Good day. Thank you for your question.

You may send the SMS command "cpureset" to the device. This will give a soft reboot to the device if the command is accepted, it can be either SMS or GPRS command. (https://wiki.teltonika-gps.com/view/FMB_SMS/GPRS_Commands)

With login and password : <login><space><password><space>cpureset

Without login and password : <space><space>cpureset

If you are sending via GPRS then you may skip the login, password, and <space>.
