For the structure of the SMS command, please refer here - https://wiki.teltonika-gps.com/view/FMA_setparam and https://wiki.teltonika-gps.com/view/FMA120_GSM_settings,_SMS_part

So for example to set the IP address, the command will be "setparam 1245 100.0.0.1" where 100.0.0.1 is the IP address that you would like to set.
