Question

Like I wrote,I instal teltonika GPS in our company.We have over 1000 vehicles with FMB 1110,110 and 140.

Last time I have problem with FMB 1110 after update.I updated with last software \FMA1YX.01.28.07,the sim card is good but no GPS signal on the server.Some time after update directly on vehicles,GPS stop to work in few hours

Can you help me to solve this problem?

Please advise if you are referring to FM1110 or FMB110? For FM1110, you can get the latest firmware (FM11.Ver.01.27.32.Rev.00) from the page https://teltonika-gps.com/product/fm1110/ where you will find the link below the page. For FMB110, you will need to check with your Sales Manager/Distributor or you may raise a query on the VIP Helpdesk. If the condition still persists after the firmware update then it will need to be analyzed. If you don't have any contacts with our Sales managers, please contact them on our official website https://teltonika-gps.com/ and click on the "Contact Us" button. When you will click, please fill the form and submit it.

I referring to FM1110,but I already have latest version Frirmware_FM11YX.01.28.07.Rev.0.e\

Please try the latest firmware in the drive link (FM11.Ver.01.27.32.Rev.00) and test it.
