LV-CAN200_09 comes with power wires with a USB connector (For FM6300, FMB640, FMC640, and FMM640 devices). This allows the CAN to connect directly with these devices to obtain the data. However, in the case of FMB120 where it has Input 5 and 6, then you can connect them directly to the LVCAN200 to read the CAN data.
