I have an FMB920 unit firmware version:03.25.15_01 and I'm trying to change the state of digital output 1 with the command setdigout 10 but, it only returns: DOUTT1:SCENARIO,DOUT1: TIMEOUT: INFINITY OR DOUT1:IGNORED.
How can I change the status of this digital output?

Hello CarlosSantos2,

Good day. Thank you for your question.

Please elaborate on your question, you can enable digital output with the scenarios like Excessive Idling, Towing Detection, or the features. Alternatively, you can also send SMS/GPRS commands to enable digital output - https://wiki.teltonika-gps.com/view/FMB_setdigout.

Kindly go through this and let me know if it helps.

Best regards.

Hello,

what I'm trying to do is send my app's setdigout command, commands like getio, getinfo and getmeiccid the return is ok but, when I try to send setdigout, I only have the returns as I said, for my scenario I would like to enable/disable the digital output without a combination or other factors.

Hello Carlos,

Good day. Thank you for your reply.

Please send the command setdigout 1 (to enable) or setdigout 0 (to disable) instead. The command varies according to the number of DOUT's in the device (FMB920 only has 1 DOUT). Please refer here for more information - https://wiki.teltonika-gps.com/view/FMB_setdigout

Let me know if this helps.

Kind regards.
