Hi Teltonika,

Kindly let me know the proper way or all the configuration necessary to use the built in panic button in the FMP100. I've been testing it for quite a while now but I can't seem to receive the IO236 in our server/platform.

Button Config is default:

• 1 Click - Check Trip Mode
• 2 Clicks - Change Trip Mode
• Long Click - Alarm

Device FW: 03.25.15

What should be the config in Features>Alarm and User Interface>Event Indication sections? Or advise what else needs to be configured inline with the panic button. If you can provide a sample cfg it would be better.

May I know for the long click, did you press and hold it for more than 2 seconds? If yes, then it should work but if it is not then we will need to check on the log files of the device. However, to ensure a more efficient way of communication I would suggest that you raise a query on VIP Helpdesk or contact your Sales Manager/Distributor.
